Tube length refers to the height from heel to tube mouth, excluding the boot heel height. Calf girth refers to the raised part of the flesh behind the calf.

If you do not send a special size request by email within 24 hours of purchasing, we will proceed with the regular size based on your order. If the product does not fit due to the lack of a custom size request, we will not be able to accommodate changes or provide a refund.

For high heels over 10.8 inches, we will modify the design and replace the heels with men's soles, which will be slightly thicker and have a heel height of approximately 1.2 inches.
